Family Connections

During the holidays some girls were escorted to their relatives’ homes in order to maintain a social connection with communities and extended families while they are at PCH. The girls are becoming role models to the communities outside PCH. They visit for a day or two which keeps them in touch with their kin. Many of the relatives have carried forth our message of encouraging our girls to maintain a strong moral character. A number of the girls do not have relatives that we have been able to identify yet. Our Social Worker keeps trying to locate them. In the meantime, these girls stay with us at the Home and know they have family here who love them.
