“CALLING ALL DONORS”, WE NEED YOUR HELP

For the first time in our history, we must make a special plea for additional financial support for our PCH girls. We made a special plea to help support our school teachers during the pandemic when the Kenyan government closed the schools. It was through our donor support that we were able to continue giving our teachers a reduced salary until the schools were reopened. The teachers were humbled and appreciative of your kindness and support to keep them and their families afloat during an unprecedented time of hardship.  

Though we were able to continue our same level of support for the girls’ homes during the pandemic, COVID has had a long-term negative impact due to our inability to raise funds for orphan support. We were unable to host fundraisers in the U.S. and in Kenya during the COVID years. Fundraisers bring new donors and raise monies for the future as well as current expenses. As a result of these setbacks, we find ourselves in a position where we will not have sufficient funds for the 2023 first quarter orphanage operation.
