Our Staff

A dedicated Kenyan staff supports the social, nutritional, spiritual, psychological and medical needs of each child at our homes and school. They work tirelessly and are the backbone of our Kenyan organization. They are responsible for the day-to-day operations of a multi faceted campus including the two orphan homes, the Joram Gitau Memorial Academy school(JGMA), and medical clinic. The house mothers, social workers, psychologist, nurse, lab tech, administrators, teachers, as well as cooks, gardeners, security guards all work on the ground to insure safety and success there.

On our PCH home campus we have two separate homes for our girls, the Rehoboth and Ebenezer Homes. Each home is staffed by a house mother, social worker, and an assistant cook/overall helper. Our house manager, Jane Mahui, oversees both homes for the overall well-being of the girls as well as the fiscal management. The Rehoboth Home is staffed by Grace Kiiru, the house mother and Lucy Ndungu, the assistant house mother. The Ebenezer Home house mother is Maggie D'Souza and the assistant house mother is Edith Waweru. We have a full time social worker, Maureen Chekurui, who works with our girls and families. We have a full time Psychologist, Susan Changorok, who works with our girls in many supporting capacities. This incredible team provides the emotional, spiritual and physical support for our girls.
