Master Plan
The Joint Board works as a team to determine the current and future needs of the PCH campus. The mission statement is the blueprint to determine goals and priorities, and is the basis for critical changes to the homes, school, and clinic. The Board is always conscious of current and new technologies when reviewing and recommending infrastructure changes, specific projects, and maintenance projects to improve our campus.
