“In your relationships with one another, have the same mindset as Christ.” (Philippians 2:5)

Heart felt greetings in Jesus’ name from Providence Children’s Home. The verse from Paul to the Philippians stands out for two reasons. First, it speaks of relationships and emphasizes the importance of being together in fellowship, staying in connected, and relating to one another. Your commitment to staying in touch with PCH and participating in the various events and journeys demonstrates your commitment to relation building and fellowshipping with us. The second part adds the mindset of Christ. The mission of Christ was to bring God’s people closer to Him through preaching the good news, performing miracles, relating with to His disciples and others wherever He went, and ultimately sacrificing His life for our sake. This mindset is still alive and demonstrated in our mission when you show God’s love and care by sacrificing your time, resources, knowledge, and prayers in order to be a blessing to the community of Providence Children’s Home. In that regard, you are living out this verse in today’s world.
